Charcoal spaghetti with shrimp, lemon and butter

Ingredients for 4 people:

Black spaghetti with charcoal

Preparation:

  1. Put 10 g of butter in a bowl and leave it to soften at room temperature. Grate the lemon zest into the soft butter and mix everything into a creamy mass.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook the spaghetti according to the time indicated on the packet.
  3. In the meantime, heat the shrimp together with the lemon butter over very low heat.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix it in the bowl with the lemon butter.
  5. If necessary, add a ladle of cooking water and stir well.
  6. Place the noodles on a plate and add the shrimp.
  7. Season the dish with salt and freshly grated lemon peel.
  8. Decorate with caviar and edible flowers.
