Spaghetti with charcoal, shrimp, lemon & butter
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 320 g charcoal spaghetti
- 80g butter
- Crab meat
- Grated lemon peel
- Salt
Preparation:
- Put 10 g of butter in a bowl and leave it to soften at room temperature. Grate the lemon zest into the soft butter and mix everything into a creamy mass.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook the spaghetti according to the time indicated on the packet.
- In the meantime, heat the shrimp together with the lemon butter over very low heat.
- Drain the pasta and mix it in the bowl with the lemon butter.
- If necessary, add a ladle of cooking water and stir well.
- Place the noodles on a plate and add the shrimp.
- Season the dish with salt and freshly grated lemon peel.
- Decorate with caviar and edible flowers.
