Cocktail Rose 75
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 20 ml Reisebauer Blue Gin
- 10 ml raspberry syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 105 ml De Saint Gall Le Rosé Premier Cru Champagne
- Lemon zest for garnish
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, mix gin, raspberry syrup and lemon juice with ice.
- Now strain the mixture finely into a chilled glass.
- Complete the cocktail in the original Riedel champagne glasses with De Saint Gall Le Rosé Premier Cru and some lemon zest to garnish.
