Matcha & Ginseng Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes & Squid

Ingredients for 4 people:

Recipe with Matcha Ginseng Spaghetti

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pot with plenty of water and add the salt as soon as it boils.
  2. Clean the squid, separate the tentacles from the rest of the squid and cut the remaining part into rings. (If you are using frozen squid, blanch it briefly in the boiling pasta water before adding it to the pan.)
  3. Cut the chili pepper into thin slices and remove the stem.
  4. Heat a splash of oil in a pan, add the peeled garlic and chilli slices and fry over low heat for a few minutes.
  5. Add the squid and cook over high heat for one minute. Then add the cherry tomatoes, stir and continue cooking over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in the prepared boiling water. Drain halfway through cooking and add directly to the pan with the sauce. If necessary, add a ladle of cooking water and stir well.
  7. Place the spaghetti on a plate and serve as desired!
