Turmeric-ginger spaghetti with tuna and broccoli

Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Place the onions in a pan with olive oil and fry until translucent.
  2. Add the tuna and stir well.
  3. Divide the broccoli into florets and wash it under running water.
  4. Blanch the broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for a few minutes or steam it.
  5. Fry the garlic in a pan with oil (optionally you can add some anchovies for extra flavor).
  6. Add the broccoli once the garlic starts to change color. Sauté the broccoli for about ten minutes, tasting it once it's cooked.
  7. Puree the broccoli in a blender, adding some cooking water and a tablespoon of oil.
  8. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti. Drain the spaghetti halfway through cooking and add it directly to the pan with the tuna.
  9. Add a ladle or two of the pasta water to the pan to thicken the sauce.
