Turmeric-ginger spaghetti with tuna & broccoli
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 320 g spaghetti turmeric & ginger
- 350 g tuna
- 300 g broccoli
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Place the onions in a pan with olive oil and fry until translucent.
- Add the tuna and stir well.
- Divide the broccoli into florets and wash it under running water.
- Blanch the broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for a few minutes or steam it.
- Fry the garlic in a pan with oil (optionally you can add some anchovies for extra flavor).
- Add the broccoli once the garlic starts to change color. Sauté the broccoli for about ten minutes, tasting it once it's cooked.
- Puree the broccoli in a blender, adding some cooking water and a tablespoon of oil.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti. Drain the spaghetti halfway through cooking and add it directly to the pan with the tuna.
- Add a ladle or two of the pasta water to the pan to thicken the sauce.
